Important Reminders:

Cancellation Policy

24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED TO AVOID ANY CHARGES

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Given that we are a mobile-based business, we need to have enough advance notice in order to plan our travel times accordingly.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please either use the cancellation link from your confirmation email or call or text 602-688-4054 AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid any charges. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation fee in the following increments:

*Cancellation 12-24 hours prior to appointment: the card on file will be charged an amount equal to 25% of your booked service.

*Cancellation 1-12 hours prior to appointment: the card on file will be charged an amount equal to 50% of the amount of your booked service.

*Cancellation within 1 hour of the appointment (or if you are a no-show): the card on file will be charged an amount equal to the full amount of your booked service.

If you are running late, please still be sure to call or text and we can grant up to a 15 minute grace period before having to cancel the appointment (which will result in the card on file being charged the full amount of your booked service).

As mentioned above, being a mobile-based business means that we need to stick to very strict time schedules. Thank you for understanding!

Everyone’s skin responds differently to tanning solutions and additives.

The active ingredient (DHA) in tanning solution is derived from sugar and is clear in color. It develops through a process known as oxidation (picture what happens when you leave a sliced avocado out too long).

Some people may be more sensitive or resistant to the solutions being used. Your sensitivity to the product can vary based on the food you eat, products you use, medications you’re on, the condition of your skin, etc.
